Working with BDSG-SF, I helped transform a locally-owned island helicopter shop into a globally visible brand with multi-million dollar annual sales online. Over the course of several years, we delivered a cohesive digital strategy and evolving sales platform for Paradise Helicopters that spanned multiple phases of development and increased on-site bookings by over 300%. The logo / brandmark was redesigned to attract a wider global audience and to promote business with other local tourism brands. We implemented the new branding online and developed design guidelines for usage on helicopters, signage, clothing, and various company collateral over the years.
Booking UX / UI
We developed the UX / UI of the booking app as part of a cohesive digital strategy, growing it’s capabilities over time to address Paradises unique business needs. This component was featured at Expedia World 2018 as a leading example of effective design for travel booking experiences.
